You won't be tossed in a folder and ignored. I want to help you grow and reach your goals, and my approach might be a bit more individual for every client. 
I consider it important to get to know you – to get an idea about your lifestyle, working hours, food priorities, injuries, and so on, in order to make sure you don't waste your time doing exercises you don't need or don’t feel comfortable with, and to offer a better perspective and experience with the training.
